Located north of Belleair Beach and east of downtown Clearwater, this is one of the most populated beach cities along the gulf coast of Florida.  The popularity of this city has led to growth in the number of luxury condos.  The city has gone through a major makeover in the past 10 years with highrise condos adding many more options for a very Miami style lifestyle with lots of attractions and things to do in walking distance.  Rooftop bars, beach walk shops, restaurants, and Pier 60 activities are just some of the attractions.

I love Dunedin for the small downtown district for shopping, strolling or meeting a friend for a drink. It has a vibe like no other. The downtown district is focused around tiny boutiques and friendly taverns. Dunedin is one of the oldest towns along the West Coast of Florida. You'll find old quaint homes and new condos here.

Develop din the 1920's Indian Rocks Beach has remains a small quaint town between Clearwater and St Pete Beaches. There are small shops and local restaurants along Gulf Blvd and the beaches are exquisite. There are many condos to choose from but you wont find any high rises. Lot's of homes big and small. The price point is pretty broad here. Just about anyone can find what they are looking for.
