A Transformative Journey for Healing
Your pain, your struggle, and your feelings are a part of you. To help uncover those aspects of your past that have imprinted upon you are what make you who you are an how you feel today. The journey to heal much of those pains requires time, understanding, and direction. You will need to face and rediscover some of these pains but in doing so you will find a path forward in which you can have a greater joy and appreciation for your life.
The patterns, people, and pledges you make to repeat some unhealthy habits in your life today create a structure that doesn’t support all the changes in you and your life around you. It takes time and reflection to unwind some of your deepest biases about why things around you are the way they are. With discovery in these areas you can unwind and untangles some of the buried feeling and emotions that lead to stress and anxiety in your life today.
You can come out the other side of this process feeling a new perspective on you. That is the most important change and value in which you can only begin to understand and what it could lead to. Perhaps clarity of purpose or vision. Sometimes understanding and calmness for you and the loved ones around you. A softer heart or a stronger sense of self that is more independent.
Healing takes place in many forms and is different for each person, because the traumas and past that shapes us are different. My role is to help combine the physical and the mental imbalances in your world and help you bring things back into alignment. It is a personal journey I have helped many people take and I’ll share with you some of their reviews and feedback about their journey.
What is involved in our sessions will vary from person to person:
- Sitting and talking about what your thoughts, ideas, perceptions and past traumas.
- Guided meditation and inward focus.
- Body movements that relieve stress, tightness, restrictions in the body flow of its natural energy pathways (nervous system, lymphatic, circulatory, etc.)
- Challenging your own beliefs of what holds you back or restricts you from fully recognizing your potential and goals.
